An easement is a limited right to use another person’s land for a specific purpose. But what happens when the agreed-upon easement doesn’t go into enough detail?

What a nightmare! I assisted a Buyer of a property with an easement a few years ago. Did not think much of it. It showed up on the Survey. Next time I will definitely consult with the Surveyor and Title Company more thoroughly!
